We currently deliver all over Egypt. All orders are shipped through our trusted local couriers. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days depending on your location. During sale periods and high-demand seasons, delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want to make sure that our products meet your expectations and needs. To ensure this, please check your order while the courier is still at your door, and decide whether you’ll keep it or refund it on the spot. Note: This is the only way to refund your order. For exchanges, simply pay the delivery fees before the courier leaves and contact us to arrange the item you’d like instead.
